A little more about the activity
Fast Finisher Mini Missions gives children something varied to choose when their classwork is finished. Designed for Grades 1–3, approximately ages 6–9, this printable set contains 24 early finisher task cards for independent use. Keep them ready in a classroom or homeschool space for whenever someone finishes early.
Four categories offer different kinds of challenge. Words focuses on language and writing, Numbers brings in math, logic and problem solving, Create makes space for drawing and imagination, and Notice encourages observation of details, sounds and surroundings. The mix gives children different ways to think, write, draw and explore.
Use the cards for learning centers, quiet independent work, transitions or extra morning activities. Children choose a card, complete the mission and check its box when finished. They can choose another card if time allows.
